                          Dessert Pizza Sauce

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  1      tablespoon    arrowroot powder -- * see note
  1      cup           fruit juice -- ** see note
  2      tablespoons   sugar

* Can substitute cornstarch, sauce will not be as clear.
** Apple, pineapple, orange, apricot nectar, etc.

Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook stirring
constantly, until thick.

Makes 1 fat-free cup.
