     Title: Jack Daniel's Double Shot Pork Or Poultry Glaze

     Yield: 2 Cups

   1/2 c  Jack Daniel's whiskey
 1 1/3 c  Honey
     3 tb Lemon juice
   1/2 ts Black pepper; freshly ground

 Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve as a sauce or glaze for
 grilled chicken or pork.
