3 Eggs
1 c Sugar
2 c Graham crackers
2 ts Vanilla extract
2 ts Almond extract
1 c Nuts; chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F. Separete egg whites. Beat egg whites until
stiff (?). Add sugar gradually and fold in graham crackers crumbs,
vanilla, almond extract, and chopped nuts. Butter pie pan and shape
this viscous mass of stuff in pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve
with whipped cream on top of your favorite ice cream.
