                     Spiced Whiskey Sauce For Pork

    1/4   c            Jack Daniel's whiskey
    1/4   c            Dijon-style mustard
    1/2   c            Honey
    1/4   c            Soy sauce
  2       cl           Garlic -- minced
  1       ts           Worcestershire sauce
    1/4   ts           Powdered sugar
    1/4   c            Corn oil

 Combine all ingredients; mix well. Marinate pork in refrigerator
 overnight. Grill or broil, basting often with marinade.

 Makes 1-1/2 cups
