                            Texas BBQ Sauce

  1      c             ketchup
  1      c             worcestershire sauce
    1/2  c             red wine vinegar
  3      cloves        garlic -- minced
  1      tbsp          peanut oil
  2      tsps          chili powder
  1      tsp           celery salt



In a saucepan, combine ketchup, worcestershire sauce and vinegar.

Add garlic.  Bring to a boil.  Add peanut oil.

Simmar for about 15 minutes.  Cool slightly.

Add chili powder and celery salt.  Let stand for a few minutes.
