   1/2 c  Dark brown sugar
   1/3 c  Light corn syrup
   1/3 c  Heavy cream

 SIMMER THE FIRST THREE ingredients 10 minutes. Let
 cool 5 minutes. Stir in the cream until smooth. Makes
 1 1/4 Cups
