     Title: Papas Con Crema Verde

     1 bn Cilantro -- stems included
     6 sm Yellow chiles -- seeded
     1 lg Pale green (Hungarian) chile
          Seeded
     1 bn Green onions -- white and
          Green
          Parts included
     1 c  Mexican Crema
   1/2 c  Olive oil
     1    Lime -- juiced

 Place all of the above ingredients in a blender. Blend
 until very smooth. Use as a sauce over very hot,
 boiled, and skinned potatoes. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups
