                       Dessert Pizza Blanca Sauce

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  1      cup           fat-free ricotta cheese
    1/4  cup           sugar
  1      pinch         salt

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

Variation:
Add 1/4 teaspoon almond extract to the sauce while mixing. The nutty
flavor goes well with apples & peaches.

Makes 1 cup; each 1/4
cup contains less than 1/2 gram of fat.
