                             Plum Sauce B1

  1       c            Red plum preserves
    1/2   c            Apricot preserves
    1/2   c            Applesauce
  2       tb           Honey
    1/3   c            Cider vinegar
  2       dr           Garlic juice -- up to 3 dr

 Combine all ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil over medium
 heat. Cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes, until all
 ingredients are well blended. Remove from heat; let cool. To
 preserve, pour into hot sterilized jar and seal at once.
