3 tb Flour -- up to 4 tb
1 c Milk or other liquid
1/4 ts Salt
Blend the melted fat and flour thoroughly, add the cold milk or other
liquid and salt. Heat and stir constantly until thickened. Cook over
steam for 10 minutes longer.
