MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Hot Fudge Sauce

     Yield: 1 Servings

   1/3 c  Light corn syrup
   1/4 c  Water
   3/4 c  Sugar
   1/4 c  Cocoa powder
     1 tb Unsweetened chocolate;
          - chopped
     2 tb Butter
   1/3 c  Heavy cream

 TO MAKE THE HOT FUDGE SAUCE: In a small saucepan, boil the
 corn syrup for 1 minute. Stir the water in slowly, making
 sure mixture doesn't spatter.

 In a bowl, sift together the sugar and cocoa powder and stir
 into corn-syrup mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring until
 sugar is dissolved.

 Add the unsweetened chocolate and butter and whisk until
 melted. Add the cream and bring back to a boil. Remove from
 heat. Drizzle the sauce over slices of White Chocolate
 Buttermilk Pie

 Makes enough sauce for one 9" pie.
