     Title: ROASTED RED PEPPER WINE SAUCE

     Yield: 999 servings

     2 ea Red bell peppers, roasted,
          -peeled and seeded
     1 ts Balsamic vinegar
   1/3 c  Dry white wine
     2    Cloves garlic, minced
     1 ts Olive oil
          Dash ground white pepper

 In food processor or blender, combine bell peppers,
 vinegar, wine, garlic, olive oil and white pepper.
 Process until smooth. Pour into small saucepan and
 simmer 10 minutes.
