    title: cajun mustard sauce

   1/2 c  cream
   1/2 c  sour cream
   1/3 c  creole mustard
     2 t  worcestershire sauce
     1 t  prepared mustard
   1/2 t  kosher salt
   1/4 t  black pepper
   1/4 t  white pepper
   1/8 t  cayenne
   1/8 t  ground basil

combine ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame
bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes remove from
heat and allow to cool
serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
