MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Brazilian BBQ Sauce
Categories: Sauces, Chilies, Bbq
     Yield: 16 Servings

     3 c  Red wine vinegar
   1/4 c  Crushed red chilies *
     1 c  Onion
     2 ts Parsley
     2 ts Garlic
     1 ts Sugar
     1 ts Kosher salt
     1 ts Dried basil
     1 ts Dried marjoram
     1 ts Rosemary
     1 ts Dried thyme

 Combine ingredients. Mix well and cover. Chill for up to 4
 weeks. Use as a basting or dipping sauce

 * I used rocoto peppers. But, any pungent capsicum will
 work here. This is more like a Carolina BBQ sauce than
 a more traditional KC or Texas sauce.
