                          TOFU "CHEESE" SAUCE

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1/2   lb           Tofu, firm -- crumbled
    1/3   c            Lemon juice,freshly squeezed
    1/3   c            Nutritional yeast flakes
    1/3   c            Tahini, raw
  3       tb           Tamari
  3       tb            -- water
  1       t            Basil, dried
    1/8   ts           Turmeric
  1                    Garlic clove -- peeled
    1/4   ts           Pepper

  Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend
 until smooth. Serve this sauce warm or at room
 temperature.
