                           Butterscotch Sauce

  1 1/2  cups          light brown sugar
    2/3  cup           corn syrup
    2/3  cup           heavy cream

    Combine brown sugar and corn syrup in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil
over medium high heat. Boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool
slightly. Whisk in cream.
