                           Nadine's Bbq Sauce

--------  ------------  --------------------------------
  6      tb            Prepared mustard
  6      tb            Light ketchup
  1      tb            Worcestershire sauce
  1 1/2  ts            Dried minced onion flakes
  1 1/2  ts            Brown sugar substitute
                       - (Sugartwin)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Carbs: 4.4 g; Sodium: 516 mg; Cholesterol: 0 mg

The accompanying article states that [t]hese sauces are high in
sodium. (No kidding.) Consider using lemon juice, lime juice, or
vinegar if you like. As for me, I'm adding 1 tb of red pepper sauce.
