MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Peanut Dipping Sauce
Categories: Sauces, Thai
     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 c  Peanut butter
     1 tb Soy sauce
     2 tb Rice vinegar
     2 tb Sesame oil
     1 tb Sugar
   1/2 ts Thai red curry paste
     1 ts Indian curry powder
          - (yellow)
     1 ts Chili powder
   1/2 ts Salt
     3 c  Milk or half-and-half

 Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix carefully. Once a
 smooth paste is achieved, taste and make adjustments in the various
 ingredients until you have the taste that you like. If the sauce is
 too thick add more milk, if it is too thin add peanut butter.
