1/2 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c Coarsely grated peeled
Cucumber
1 tb Fresh grated lemon peel
2 ts Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 ts Dried dill weed
Salt and pepper
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, cucumber,
lemon peel, lemon juice and dill weed. Season to taste with salt
and pepper. Serve over broiled, poached or fried fish.
