     Title: Tim Suen Jeung (Sweet & Sour)

     Yield: 1 cup

     1 ts Soy sauce
     1 ts Sherry
     3 ts Tomato sauce
     2 ts White vinegar
     2 ts White sugar
   3/4 c  Water; +1 tb, divided
     1 ts Corn flour

 Combine first 6 ingredients in small saucepan, bring to a boil.
 Combine corn flour and 1 tb of water and stir into sauce. Cook,
 stiring constantly, until sauce thickens.
