                            Gorgonzola Sauce

  3      tb            Butter
    1/4  c             Flour
  2      c             Milk
    1/4  c             Vegetable broth
    1/2  ts            Freshly ground pepper
  4      oz            Gorgonzola cheese -- crumbled

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Cook
and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk,
broth, and pepper. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Reduce
heat to low and stir in cheese until melted.
