     Title: Mango Sunburst Sauce

     Yield: 1 Cup

     1 lg Ripe mango; peeled, pitted,
          - cubed
     1    Orange; juice of
     1 ts Rice vinegar
   1/2 ts Sriracha or chili paste
   1/2 ts Natural sugar

 This easy-to-make sauce boasts a gorgeous golden orange color and
 fresh mango flavor. Use as a dipping sauce for spring rolls, samosas,
 or fried tofu. If you omit the rice vinegar and sriracha, you can
 transform it into a dessert sauce and serve it with cut fruit or
 sliced teacakes.

 Place the mango flesh in a blender or food processor with the
 remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

 Transfer to a container, cover tightly, and refrigerate until ready
 to use. For best flavor, use this sauce within 24 hours of making it.
