     Title: Shrimp Sauce

     Yield: 1 servings

   1/2 lb Shrimp                              2 T  Flour
     1 c  Milk                                2 T  Sherry
     1 c  Cream                                    Salt and white pepper
     2 T  Butter                                   Chopped parsley
          Paprika

 Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour, salt, white pepper to taste.
 Stir in milk and cream, let bubble slowly.  add wine and cut up cooked
 shrimp.  Garnish with paprika and chopped parsley.
 To be used on baked or poached fish.
