1/2 c Water
1 tb Dry sherry
1 tb Ginger root -- grated
1/2 c Scallions -- chopped
2 cl Garlic -- finely chopped
2 ts Sesame oil
2 ts Rice vinegar
2 ts Sugar
Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.
