MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: CINDERELLA SAUCE
Categories: Bbq sauces, Bar-b-q, Mine
     Yield: 2 Cups apprx

 1 1/2 c  Ketchup
     1 c  Beer
   3/4 c  Cider vinegar
   1/4 c  Fresh cilantro, minced
     3 T  Brown sugar
     2 T  Worcestershire sauce
     2    Cloves garlic, minced
     2 t  Ground Cumin
 1 1/2 t  Ground Anise seeds
 1 1/2 t  Salt
     1 t  Tabasco sauce

 Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and bring the liquid to a simmer.
 Reduce the heat to low and cook the mixture until it thickens,
 approximately 40 minutes. Stir frequently. Use the sauce warm. It
 keeps, refrigerated, for a couple of weeks.
