                            Portuguese Sauce

    1/2   c            Chili sauce
    1/2   c            Catsup
    1/2   c            Tomato juice
    1/4   c            Dill pickles -- chopped
    1/4   c            Celery -- chopped
  2       ts           Capers
  3       tb           Onions -- chopped
  2       cl           Garlic
  2       tb           Stuffed green olives --
                       -chopped
    1/2   ts           Tabasco sauce
  2       tb           Worchestershire sauce
  1       ts           Seasoned instant tenderizer

 Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on highest speed for
 about 5 minutes.

 Makes about 2 cups.
