      8                Italian tomatoes, -- seeded and diced
      1  small         red onion, -- diced
      1  tablespoon    minced jalapeno pepper
      2  tablespoons   chopped fresh cilantro
      1                lime-halved
                       Salt and pepper


In a bowl combine all the ingredients and taste. Adjust seasonings. Serve
with your favorite corn chips.

Yield: 2 cups salsa
