     Title: Sunshine Relish
Categories: Relishes
     Yield: 1 Batch

    18 md Carrots
     6 md Cucumbers
     2 lg Green peppers
     6 md Onions
     2    Sweet red peppers
     2 c  White vinegar
 3 1/2 c  Sugar
     1 tb Celery seed
     1 tb Mustard seed

 Grind all vegetables to a medium fine. Combine all ingredients. Pour
 in jar and seal.
