2 c Heavy cream
2 c Cottage cheese -- creamed
6 tb Chives -- chopped
1 c Horseradish -- freshly grated
3 tb Vinegar
4 ts Sugar
Salt -- to taste
Whip the heavy cream and fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture into ice-cube trays. Freeze. When relish is frozen pop
out cubes and package in plastic bag. To serve, place frozen cubes in
lettuce cups or lemon shells.
