4 lb Onions -- white/purple
40 Hot chili peppers
2 c Sugar
3 tb Salt
3 c Vinegar
Grind onions and peppers together. Heat sugar, salt, and vinegar to a
boil. Add onion and pepper mixture and cook for 3 minutes. Fill hot
sterile jars and seal.
