MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Reuben Bread Pudding

     Yield: 5 servings

     4 c  Rye bread; in cubes
     2 tb Butter; melted
     2 c  Corned beef; diced or
          - shredded
    14 oz Sauerkraut; rinsed, well
          - drained
     1 c  Ementhal cheese; shredded,
          - divided
     3 lg Eggs
     1 c  Milk
   1/3 c  Thousand Island dressing
 1 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
   1/4 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 350 F/175 C.

 In a large bowl, toss bread cubes with butter. Stir in corned beef,
 sauerkraut and 1/2 cup cheese; transfer to a greased 11x7" baking
 dish.

 In same bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salad dressing, mustard and pepper;
 pour over top. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining
 cheese. Bake until top is golden and a knife inserted in the center
 comes out clean, 5-7 minutes longer.
