MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Apple Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce

     Yield: 6 Servings

     2 c  Milk
     1 c  Brown sugar
   1/4 c  Butter
     4 c  Bread cubes
     2 c  Apple; sliced
   1/4 c  Raisins
     2    Eggs
     1 ts Cinnamon powder
     1 ts Vanilla extract
   1/2 ts Nutmeg
     1 tb Orange rind; grated
          Caramel sauce

 Preheat the oven to 350 F/175 C.

 In a pan, heat milk, sugar, and butter until the butter is
 melted. Pour over the bread cubes, apples, and raisins. Stir
 and let soak for 10 minutes.

 In a bowl, beat the eggs with cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and
 orange rind, combine with bread mixture and pour into 8" x
 8" baking dish or pan.

 Bake in the preheated oven, for about 40 minutes.

 Serve slightly cooled with the Caramel Sauce.
