                             Bread Puddding

                       Pudding:
  1                    Loaf day-old French bread
  1      qt            Milk
  3                    Eggs
  2      c             Sugar
  2      tb            Vanilla
  3      tb            Margarine -- melted
  1      c             Raisins
                       Sauce:
  1      c             Sugar
  1                    Egg
    1/2  c             Margarine -- melted
  1      ds            Bourbon

Pudding:

Crumble French loaf with hands into a large bowl, and soak in quart
of milk. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla, margarine, and raisins. Pour into
a thick pan. Bake at 375 F for 30 minutes.

Sauce:

Cream the egg and sugar together. Add the margarine and bourbon, and
stir until smooth.
