                           Chocolate Pudding

 Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

  8      dl            milk (3.3 cups)
  1      dl            corn starch (0.4 c)
  1      dl            cocoa (0.4 c)
  1      Tsp.          sugar
  1                    egg
  1      tsp.          vanilla
                       sugar*

Mix milk, corn starch, cocoa, sugar and egg in a heavy  pot. Stir over
medium heat until it thickens. Vanilla sugar to taste. Pour cold water
over a mould. Pour mix into it. Let it get cold. Turn upside down on a
serving platter.

*I'm not sure if you use what we call vanilla sugar. Its powdered
(icing) sugar with vanillin or a vanilla pod in it. You should be able to
use vanilla extract instead.
