                          Yorkshire Pudding -1

  3      oz            Plain flour
  1                    Egg
  3      oz            Milk
  2      oz            Water
                       Salt and pepper
  2      tb            Beef drippings or olive oil

Beat the egg into the flour. Add the milk, water, salt, and pepper
into the batter. Heat a metal pan in a 425 F oven for 5 minutes. Pour
the batter in the hot pan, place back in the oven for 25 to
30 minutes. It is best served right away.

Serve with roast beef, horseradish, and mustard.
