                         Herb Infused Olive Oil

    1/2   c            Olive oil
  1                    Lemon peel strip
  2       cl           Garlic -- sliced
  2       ts           Fresh rosemary -- chopped
    1/2   ts           Red pepper flakes

 Combine all ingredients and microwave for 1 minute 15 second on
 high, cool. Refrigerate over night. Bring to room tempurature
 before serving.
