MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05

     Title: RED WINE MARINADE
Categories: Marinades, Bar-b-q, Mine
     Yield: 3 Cups apprx

     2 c  Dry red wine
   1/2 c  Red wine vinegar
   1/4 c  Oil, preferably canola
    10    Fresh Sage leaves
          (or 2 teaspoons dried)
     2    Cloves garlic, minced

 Combine the ingredients in a food processor or blender. The marinade
 is best the day it's made.
