1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 tablespoons green onions with tops -- diced
1 clove garlic -- minced
4 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Combine all the marinade ingredients. Pour over steaks. Let stand 3-4 hours
at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator, turning steaks
several times. Broil steaks to the degree of doneness you prefer. This
recipe makes enough liquid to marinate 4 steaks.
