1 lb Chokecherries
1 c Water
1/2 c Lemon juice
1 pk MCP pectin
4 1/2 c Sugar
Wash and crush fruit; add water. Simmer 15 minutes. Squeeze out
juice. Measure 3 cups juice, lemon juice, package MCP pectin, and
sugar. Boil exactly 2 minutes. Pour into jars and water bath
10 minutes.
