   1/2 ts Ginger, finely grated
     8 oz Soft tofu
     1 ts Sea salt (coarse salt)
   1/4 c  -Water
     1 tb Sesame oil
     2 tb Brown rice vinegar

 Grate the ginger very fine.  Combine all in a blender
 and puree until creamy.
