     Title: Summer Dressing

     1 c  Plain, low-fat yogurt
   1/2 c  Finely chopped cucumber
   1/4 ts Salt
     2 tb Fine chopped radishes
     2 tb Minced parsley
     1 tb Fine chopped onions
     1 tb Lemon juice
     1 tb Prepared horseradish
     1 ds Cayenne pepper

 Remove the seeds from the cucumbers. Combine all
 ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
 before serving. Values per serving: CHO 3 gm., PRO 1
 gm., FAT 0, Cal 17, Sodium 84 mg. with salt. Food
 Exchange per serving: Up to 3 TBSP may be considered
 "free."
