1 cup Heavy cream
1 tablespoon Grated or evaporated
Horseradish
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt & paprika
Beat cream till quite thick; add horseradish. (If evaporated horseradish
is used, mix it with a tablespoon cold water and allow it to be absorbed
before adding it to the cream) Pour in lemon juice slowly, stirring
constantly. Season, serve very cold. this is especially good with
tomatoes.
