     1 t  fresh lemon juice
     1 t  white wine vinegar
   1/8 t  kosher salt
   1/8 t  white pepper
   1/2 t  dry mustard
   1/4 t  paprika
   1/2 t  worcestershire sauce
   1/2 c  olive oil
     1 t  chives
     1 t  tarragon

combine vinegar, salt, white pepper, mustard, paprika, and worcestershire
in a food processor
with machine running, add oil in a thin-steady stream
add remaining ingredients, pulse to mix well
cover and chill for 2-48 hours
serve slightly chilled
