1/2 c Cider vinegar
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1/3 c Sugar
1/2 ts Celery seed or celery salt
1 tb Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper
In saucepan put vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed or
celery salt and bring just to a boil on medium heat.
Remove from heat and whisk in the dijon mustard and
salt and pepper. Refrigerate. Very Good. Can also be
made in the microwave.
