     Title: GINGER ORIENTAL DRESSING
Categories: Chinese, Salads, Dressing
     Yield: 14 servings

     1 ts Freshly grated ginger
   1/4 ts Minced garlic
     2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce
     2 tb Water
     2 ts Orange juice
     1 ts White vinegar

 Combine all ingredients into a small jar and shake
 well. Makes 1/4 cup - 6 calories per tablespoon
