     Title: CHICKEN & DRESSING

     Yield: 1 servings

     2 pk Cornbread mix
     1    Dozen raw eggs
          Chopped onion to taste
          Salt & pepper to taste
          Celery to taste
     6 ts Poultry seasoning
     3 ts Sage
     2    Chickens cooked & deboned

 Bake cornbread mix according to pk directions.  Cool.
 Crumble up cornbread, add eggs, chopped onion & celery
 to taste, salt & pepper to taste. Add poultry
 seasoning & sage.  Add chicken & pour 1/2 of chicken
 broth over cornbread mixture.  Mix well.  Bake at 350
 degrees for 3 hours.
