     Title: MARJORAM-SCENTED RED BELL PEPPER DRESSING

     Yield: 1 batch

   1/2    Lime; juiced
   1/3 c  Balsamic vinegar
     1 ts Chopped shallots
   1/2 c  Olive oil
   1/2 c  Vegetable oil
     3 tb Toasted pine nuts
     1 md Red bell pepper
          -- roasted, peeled & diced
   1/2 tb Marjoram

 Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with
 the vinegar.  Add shallots and slowly whisk in both
 oils.  Add remaining ingredients and allow the herb to
 infuse for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
