   1/2 c  Sugar
   1/2 ts Salt
     1 tb Cornstarch
     1    Egg
   1/4 c  White vinegar
     1 c  Water
   1/4 lb Chopped, fried bacon

 Mix all ingredients and heat on high-med-high until
 mixture is thickened and the consistency you like.
