     Title: SYLVIE'S SALAD DRESSING

     Yield: 24 servings

    12 oz Plain yogurt
     6 oz Light olive oil
     1    Juice of lemon
     1 tb Brown mustard
     1 tb Dijon mustard
          Salt to taste
          Pepper to taste
          Various herbs

 Mix all ingredients together. It should be the
 consistency of ranch dressing. If too thick, thin with
 more oil.

 Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.

 Nutritional analysis per serving: 72.6 calories; 7.4
 grams fat; 0.9 milligrams cholesterol; 26.2 milligrams
 sodium; 90% of calories from fat.
