     Title: HONEY-APRICOT DRESSING
Categories: Dressings, Salads, Fruits
     Yield: 10 servings

 8 1/4 oz Unpeeled Apricot Halves;
          -Drained
     1 c  Dairy Sour Cream
   1/4 c  Honey
     1 tb Lemon Juice
     1 ds Salt

 Put all of the ingredients into a blender container
 and blend until smooth.  Chill, if desired.

 Makes 1 3/4 cups.
